The PET Film Linear Vibrating Screen mainly consists of four core components: the screen box, the vibrating motor, the vibration damping system, and the screen mesh. The rectangular screen box contains multiple layers of screen frames at varying angles, which firmly tension the screen mesh to form multiple grading channels. Two vibrating motors are mounted parallel to each other on the transmission beam at the bottom of the screen box, generating a powerful linear excitation force through counter-rotation. The entire device is supported on the frame by high-performance damping springs, effectively isolating vibration from transmission to the foundation. The PET Film Linear Vibrating Screen operates based on the self-synchronizing counter-rotation of two vibrating motors. The two identical vibrating motors, mounted parallel to each other, rotate in opposite directions. When the motors are running, they drive the entire screen box to produce a stable linear reciprocating motion. The PET film fed onto the screen is continuously thrown up and moves forward in a linear, jumping motion along the screen surface under the action of this linear excitation force. During the jumping and moving process, flakes smaller than the screen aperture pass smoothly through the screen surface and fall as undersize material to the lower layer; while fragments larger than the aperture continue to move forward along the screen surface and are eventually discharged from the discharge port.
