It can accommodate up to 5 screens for multi-stage sorting with a single feed, simultaneously separating coarse and fine powders and removing impurities. Designed for small-batch, multi-batch production, it can process small quantities of material in 5-10 minutes. Customization is supported, and it is compatible with 220V household power. An explosion-proof motor is available as an option. Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen: Based on a conventional vibrating screen, an ultrasonic system is added. It is specifically designed for ultrafine, easily agglomerated, and easily electrostatically adsorbed high-precision additive powders. The ultrasonic waves effectively break up powder agglomerates and prevent screen clogging, significantly improving the screening accuracy and throughput of fine powders, resulting in cleaner and more efficient screening.

Additive Powder Vibrating Screen Structure

The Additive Powder Vibrating Screen's structural design mainly consists of a screen frame and screen mesh. The screen frame is typically made of high-quality stainless steel, with multiple layers of screen mesh of different mesh sizes inside for graded filtration of materials. A vibrating motor, serving as the power source, is installed at the bottom of the machine. Adjustment of the eccentric weights at its upper and lower ends generates three-dimensional motion in horizontal, vertical, and inclined directions. A vibration damping spring system effectively isolates vibration, ensuring smooth operation and low noise. The dust cover and inlet/outlet are connected with quick-release clamps for easy disassembly and cleaning, and its fully enclosed structure effectively prevents dust leakage.

The Additive Powder Vibrating Screen's working principle is based on a clever combination of three-dimensional vibration and multi-layer grading. The vertical vibrating motor at the bottom is the power core, with eccentric weights installed at its upper and lower ends. When the motor operates, the excitation force generated by the upper and lower weights is superimposed in the horizontal, vertical, and inclined directions, driving the entire screen box to produce a precise three-dimensional rotary vibration motion. Under the combined force of this process, the additive powder fed onto the screen is thrown up and forms a spiral-shaped flow. During this motion, fine powder smaller than the screen mesh size passes smoothly through the screen surface and falls to the lower layer, becoming the undersize; while coarse particles or impurities larger than the mesh size continue to move forward along the screen surface and are eventually discharged from the discharge port.

When processing ultrafine powders of 500 mesh and above, due to the fine particle size, light specific gravity, and susceptibility to electrostatic adsorption or agglomeration, ordinary vibrating screens may face problems such as screen clogging and reduced screen permeability.
