Vibrating Screen: Utilizes a three-dimensional vibrating principle, ensuring stable operation and high screening accuracy. Suitable for classifying various materials such as fine powders, granules, and slurries. It can be equipped with 5 layers of screens and supports the addition of an ultrasonic system to easily handle various ultrafine powders.
Linear Screen: Conveys materials using linear vibration, offering large processing capacity and fast screening speed. Primarily used for materials with larger particles and high output requirements, suitable for continuous, large-scale production lines.
Linear Vibrating Screen: Utilizes a vertical vibration structure, ensuring fast discharge speed and preventing screen clogging. Specifically designed for powders and wet materials prone to agglomeration and screen adhesion, it allows for rapid discharge and impurity removal.
Test Sieve: Also known as an analytical sieve or inspection sieve, it is primarily used for particle size analysis and small-batch sample analysis in laboratories. Compact in size and offering precise sieving, it can be used with standard sieve frames and is widely used in research institutions, factory quality control, and raw material testing.
The Concrete Sand Vibrating Screen operates on the principle of three-dimensional rotational vibration. Its core components, including a vibrating motor, screen box, screen mesh, and shock absorbers, work in tandem. After startup, the vibrating motor generates composite vibrations in three directions: horizontal, vertical, and inclined. Concrete sand enters the screen through the inlet and, under the combined vibration force, undergoes continuous throwing and sliding motion along the screen surface. The screen mesh is designed with corresponding aperture sizes based on the particle size requirements of the concrete sand. Sand meeting the particle size standard quickly passes through the screen holes and falls into the receiving device below. Impurities such as stones, mud, and debris in the sand, due to their larger particle size than the screen holes, slide along the screen surface with the vibration and are discharged through the discharge port, completing the grading and impurity removal process.

The customer's building material mixing plant has long faced problems such as high mud content, numerous impurities, and uneven grading in its concrete sand, affecting the concrete mix proportions and strength. Five custom-made Concrete Sand Vibrating Screens were installed. These screens feature a three-dimensional rotary vibrating structure, an 800mm diameter, and custom-made 8-mesh and 60-mesh screens for rapid separation of stones, mud, and impurities from sand. After being put into operation, screening efficiency was significantly improved, the finished sand achieved the required purity and stable gradation, thus enhancing concrete quality and production efficiency.

The Concrete Sand Vibrating Screen can be flexibly configured with the number of screen layers according to production needs, enabling multiple grading with a single feed, eliminating multiple screening processes. Depending on actual usage requirements, 16-layer screens can be customized, capable of separating 7 different particle size grades at once. This meets the simple grading needs of ordinary mixing plants for coarse, medium, and fine sand, and also adapts to the fine particle size separation requirements of high-standard building material enterprises. Note that the screening effect of the top layer will be slightly worse with higher grading levels; for high-precision screening, it is recommended to use multiple units.
