Curry Powder Vibrating Sieve is a product used to process and grade curry powder lumps. Utilizing a three-dimensional vibration principle, it evenly disperses the curry powder on the sieve surface, effectively separating lumps, coarse residue, and impurities, ensuring a fine and uniform powder. Available in diameters from 400mm to 1800mm, it can accommodate 5 sieve layers simultaneously, grading 2-6 types of curry powder. It has a capacity of up to 4 tons per hour and supports non-standard customization, allowing for customized production to fit specific production sites. This includes adding rollers and modifying the shape and position of the inlet and outlet. The fully enclosed structure features mirror-polished internal and external welds, and food-grade silicone seals prevent dust spillage and material contamination, fully complying with food safety standards.

The Curry Powder Vibrating Sieve features a fully enclosed structure made of stainless steel and food-grade silicone seals, effectively preventing dust spillage and external impurities from entering. It can complete impurity removal and grading of 2-6 levels in one operation, significantly improving production efficiency. Customization services are available to meet the diverse production needs of different customers. Whether it's the screen mesh size, inlet position, or number of layers, everything can be flexibly adjusted according to specific processes to ensure perfect compatibility with the production line. Furthermore, the unique 360° rotatable outlet design allows users to adjust the outlet direction freely during installation, facilitating connection with upstream and downstream equipment and saving space layout costs.

The Curry Powder Vibrating Sieve adopts a circular structure. The main components include a base, shock-absorbing springs, a vertical vibrating motor, a screen frame, a screen, a screen cleaning device, inlet and outlet ports, and seals. Multiple screen frames can be stacked as needed, and an internal bouncing ball screen cleaning system effectively prevents curry powder from sticking and clogging the screen. The upper and lower flanges feature a quick-opening design, facilitating easy disassembly, cleaning, and screen replacement. The overall structure is compact and rational, ensuring stable operation. During the screening process, it enables continuous feeding and graded discharge, meeting the production needs of removing impurities, grading, and breaking up clumps in curry powder.

The Curry Powder Vibrating Sieve operates based on the synergistic effect of three-dimensional vibration and multi-layer grading. A vertical vibrating motor at the bottom of the equipment serves as the power core, with eccentric weights installed at its upper and lower ends. During motor operation, the excitation forces generated by the upper and lower weights are superimposed in the horizontal, vertical, and inclined directions, driving the entire screen box to produce a three-dimensional rotary vibration motion. Curry powder fed onto the screen is continuously thrown up under this combined force, forming a spiral-shaped flow on the screen surface. During operation, fine powder smaller than the screen mesh size passes smoothly through the screen surface and falls to the lower layer as undersize material; while coarse particles or impurities larger than the mesh size continue to spiral along the screen surface and are eventually discharged from the discharge port. By stacking multiple layers of screens with different mesh sizes, curry powder can be automatically separated into multiple particle size grades within a single device.

Our factory offers both standard and ultrasonic vibrating sieves, tailored to the characteristics of our customers' curry powder. The ultrasonic system is more suitable for curry powder with a sticky texture and fine consistency. Our customers choose the appropriate type based on the characteristics of their material.

Curry Powder Vibrating Sieve: A basic product for sieving curry powder, suitable for the routine sieving and impurity removal needs of most condiment companies, perfectly removing lumps, coarse residue, and impurities.
Ultrasonic Curry Powder Vibrating Sieve: Based on a standard vibrating sieve, an ultrasonic cleaning system is added, making it particularly suitable for sieving ultrafine, easily sticky, and easily clumped curry powder. Ultrasonic systems effectively break up static electricity and agglomeration in powders, significantly reducing the probability of screen clogging and improving screening accuracy and throughput.
The standard configuration of a Curry Powder Vibrating Sieve typically uses 304 stainless steel, which boasts excellent corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties. It effectively resists the slight corrosion that may occur from ingredients such as turmeric and chili in curry powder. Its smooth surface makes it easy to clean and meets the hygiene requirements of food-grade contact materials, making it a cost-effective and ideal choice. For scenarios with higher corrosion resistance requirements or special process needs, 316 stainless steel can also be selected for curry powder vibrating screens. 316 stainless steel contains added molybdenum, making its corrosion resistance, especially its resistance to chloride ion pitting, significantly superior to 304 stainless steel, making it more suitable for processing compound spices with high salt content or stronger acidity.

Seasoning manufacturers have long suffered from curry powder agglomeration, screen clogging, and difficulty in removing impurities, which negatively impacts finished product quality and production efficiency. After comparing various options, we customized a food-grade curry powder vibrating sieve made of 304 stainless steel with an 800mm diameter and an 80-mesh screen. This sieve, paired with a bouncing ball cleaning device, effectively solves the problem of powder sticking and clogging. After implementation, the curry powder is sieved more evenly, lumps and coarse residue are completely separated, and the fineness and purity of the powder are significantly improved, greatly reducing manual cleaning and rework costs.

The mesh size of the curry powder sieve depends on the required fineness of the finished product and the application scenario. Generally, for ordinary catering curry powder, a 40-60 mesh sieve is typically chosen. This particle size range ensures that the powder is fine enough for easy dissolution while retaining the full flavor of the spice particles. For curry powder used in high-end ready-to-eat foods or sauce production, an 80-100 mesh sieve is often used to achieve a smoother texture. Our factory produces Curry Powder Vibrating Sieve that can be equipped with screens of any size from 2 mesh to 500 mesh, covering all needs from coarse particle separation to ultrafine powder sieving.

The price of a Curry Powder Vibrating Sieve manufactured by DaHan Vibration Machinery starts at $800. The specific price depends on the equipment model, material, number of screen layers, whether an ultrasonic cleaning system is added, and the configuration and customization features. As a factory direct supplier, we eliminate middlemen, provide warranty and after-sales spare parts, offering higher cost-effectiveness. Our products support global export, ensuring customers receive high-quality, cost-effective products.

The Curry Powder Vibrating Sieve has a reasonable structure, is hygienic and safe, and effectively removes impurities and breaks up clumps, improving curry powder quality and production efficiency. The equipment is easy to operate, runs stably, and is suitable for various production scales.
