Seasoning screw conveyor is a device used for transferring and loading various seasonings. Seasoning enters the conveying pipeline from the feed port. The rotating spiral blade pushes the seasoning forward in the spiral direction in the pipeline. The rotation of the spiral blade generates a forward thrust, which moves the seasoning forward along the pipeline.
The seasoning screw conveyor provides stable and uniform transport, and can be integrated with screening, mixing, and packaging to achieve continuous automated production. Made of food-grade stainless steel, it is easy to clean, reduces cross-contamination, and is readily adaptable to the entire process of seasoning processing, pre-prepared food delivery, and packaging.
Solve the problem of stratification of seasoning particles: Seasonings are sometimes a mixture of powder + particles. Materials of different particle sizes may be stratified due to gravity during screening. During the conveying process, adjust the spacing of the spiral blades to ensure stable material conveying and prevent particle stratification.
Solve the problem of uneven distribution of seasoning particle size: There are large particles or lumps mixed in the seasoning, and it is difficult to achieve uniform particle size during screening. The seasoning screw conveyor can be equipped with a small crushing or dispersion device at the feed end to break up the agglomerated seasoning and improve the particle size distribution.
Meet durability requirements: Seasonings need to avoid contamination, and the equipment needs to be corrosion-resistant and easy to maintain. The equipment reaches IP54 or higher to prevent dust and moisture from invading the motor and extend its service life.
Analysis of the problem of uneven seasoning delivery: Fine-particle seasonings may have reduced fluidity after screening, resulting in unstable downstream delivery. For materials with poor fluidity, a stirring device can be added to the feed port of the conveyor to keep the material evenly supplied.
