When screening titanium dioxide, titanium dioxide has the characteristics of ultra-fine, light, easy to dust and easy to agglomerate. Ordinary screening equipment is difficult to meet its screening accuracy and efficiency requirements. Therefore, screening equipment dedicated to titanium dioxide usually adopts structural forms such as rotary vibrating screen (circular vibrating screen), ultrasonic vibrating screen or airflow screen. Titanium dioxide can be screened in the range of 100-800 mesh during the screening process, with a processing capacity of 0.5-5 tons/hour. The 304 stainless steel closed structure is equipped with an ultrasonic net cleaning system, which can effectively solve the problem of electrostatic agglomeration of titanium dioxide, and the classification accuracy reaches ±3μm.
Standard Vibro Sifter is suitable for the classification of coarse or medium-sized titanium dioxide (such as 60~200 mesh), and realizes rapid screening by combining horizontal 360° rotation with vertical vibration. Suitable for primary screening, removal of agglomerates and large particle impurities.
Ultrasonic Vibrating Sieve is used for screening ultrafine titanium dioxide (such as 200 mesh, 500 mesh, and even up to 600 mesh). After being equipped with an ultrasonic system, high-frequency micro-vibration (3640kHz) is superimposed on conventional vibration, which can effectively prevent powder agglomeration and mesh blocking, and greatly improve the screening rate.
The airflow screen is suitable for TiO2 powders that are viscous, highly electrostatic, or slightly agglomerated. The airflow carries the material in the screen drum to complete the screening, which is suitable for ultrafine screening requirements with a mesh range of 200~800 mesh.
Titanium dioxide screening machine is designed for efficient grading of fine TiO₂ powder. Common mesh sizes range from 100 to 500 mesh, ensuring precise particle separation.
