Iron powder is used in a large amount in powder metallurgy production, and its consumption accounts for about 85% of the total consumption of metal powder. It can be used in metallurgy, food, machinery manufacturing and other industries.

The iron powder put into use needs to go through impurity removal and classification. The iron powder used in daily industry can be divided into coarse powder (150-500μm (32-mesh-100-mesh)), medium powder (44-150μm (100-mesh-325-mesh)) and fine powder (10 ~ 44μm (325 mesh ~ 1340 mesh)). Due to the many characteristics of iron powder classification and high fineness, it is suitable to use a rocking sieve for screening.

1. Six-stage separation, sieving to 500 mesh

5 layers of sieves can be placed in the sieve box of the tumbler scre, the highest accuracy is 6-level separation, and the mesh number of the screen can be up to 500 meshes or 0.028mm. For iron powder, it can be sieved to fine powder ((325 Mesh ~1340 mesh)).

2. The output is 60t/h, and the screening efficiency can reach 98%

Iron powder is a fine powder material. The tumbler scre imitates manual screening, which will be more gentle, giving iron powder a larger contact area, and the screening output and screening efficiency will be greatly improved (the output can be up to 60t/h, The screening efficiency can reach 98%), which is 5~10 times that of ordinary vibrating screen.

3. Do not block the network

Iron powder is a magnetic material. If the sieved iron powder is lively, easy to oxidize and explode, and more likely to generate static electricity during the sieving process, you can choose to use an ultrasonic rocking sieve for safer and more efficient sieving, and use ultrasonic waves to make the iron powder low-altitude. Suspended, and the mesh surface can be cleaned at the same time;

If the screen of the swing screen is damaged during screening and needs to be replaced, the special mesh frame design can easily and conveniently replace the screen, which can be completed in 3 to 5 minutes.
