Generation of Circular Motion
The system is powered by a custom-engineered, single-shaft eccentric vibrator system. Driven by an electric motor, the rapid rotation of the eccentric shaft creates an unbalanced centrifugal force. This force drives the entire screen box into a continuous, stable circular motion within a vertical plane.
The Acceleration and Stratification Process
As the screen box vibrates, every point on the inclined deck describes a circular trajectory. This motion imparts an upward and forward acceleration to the material bed. When the upward acceleration of the deck exceeds gravity, the material is thrown upward, breaking the compacted material bed. This action facilitates rapid stratification:
Gravity-Assisted Continuous Flow
