In terms of conveying methods, the corrugated sidewall conveyor belt can be used for open conveying, which is convenient for observation and maintenance; it can also be designed as a closed conveying, which effectively controls dust and odor, and is suitable for production environments with high environmental protection requirements.

Base belt: As the main part of load-bearing and traction, it usually adopts a multi-layer canvas, wire rope or EP cloth structure with good tensile strength and flexibility.
Corrugated sidewalls: Fixed on both sides of the base belt, shaped like waves, can effectively prevent material leakage, and play a "blocking" role when climbing or conveying vertically.
Cross-partitions: Installed vertically or obliquely in the middle of the base belt, used to fix and support bulk materials, so that they remain stable during transportation and prevent sliding or rolling. According to the angle requirements, cross-partitions can be divided into T-type (inclined conveying) and TC-type (vertical conveying).
